How long does it take for my order to ship?

Domestic orders in the USA will typically take between 3-7 days to ship after processing time. Shipping time is based on distance of zones leaving from San Diego, CA.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International orders can take 1-4 weeks after processing for final delivery. Certain countries may take longer due to transit times. Any customs fee, taxes, or other import fees are the responsiblity of the recipient and are not included in original purchase / shipping cost.

How will I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number with the associated email address used when placing your order. Sometimes email services have strict filters so please check your spam/junk folder for this notification as it can sometimes end up there.

Washing and Care

T-Shirts

In order to perserve colors and design, we recommend shirts to be washed cold, inside out, with like colors and minimal to no bleaching. Please line-dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Do not iron directly over the designs.

Outwear

For outwear please wash inside out and line dry if possible. If you must machine dry please do so on a low setting to preserve color

Can I iron my aniSecret apparel?

We recommend using a low setting for ironing and steaming and NEVER directly on the design. Please do this inside out for all of our designs.

Exchanges / Issues

I accidently ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

please reach out to contact@anisecret.com as long as the time window is between 1-3 hours upon placing your order.

My item came out not as expected or damaged what do I do?

Please contact us ASAP and we will send your a replacement provided you provide us with a photo of the defect.

Refunds / Exchanges

At the moment we don't offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

You must send pictures of the damaged items within 5 days of receiving items to prevent fraudulent claims.

We are not responsible for lost packages or wrong shipping addresses.
